Just wanted to take a quick moment to let everyone know that beginning next Tuesday, we’ll have a new Animal Care Technician, Jan Galeazzi, joining the crew out in the kennel.
Jan will be a familiar face to many of you as she has been a
volunteer for several years. In addition to her time here as a volunteer, Jan
is the past Director of Animal Care at the Happy Hen Animal Sanctuary and for
several years was the Ranch Manager for Animal Place, a livestock rescue
organization in southern California.
Jan will be filling our part time ACT vacancy and will be
working mornings to assist in animal care and cleaning efforts 4-5 days a week.
I hope you’ll all take a couple of minutes to join me in
welcoming her on board!
