Behavior Plan Update 

Hello everyone, 

Sage has been added to the behavior list. To reduce Sage's reactivity while other dogs are walking past her kennel and she walks past them use the buddy system. Either grab another volunteer or an employee and have them distract other dogs that Sage walks by, by standing in front of them to block their view or hand them treats to prevent catching Sage's attention. If you are walking Sage out of the kennel there is a green squeaky toy shaped like a bone on her kennel clip board that grabs her attention pretty well. Use that toy to distract her from the other dogs as you take her out and while you bring her back into her kennel.
